REFERRAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our Refer a Friend program is a simple way to receive discounts towards your orders with foodora and to send discounts to your friends.

Here's how it works:

  1. You can invite your friends by sending them your unique referral link provided by this feature in the foodora app via email, SMS, WhatsApp or other messaging platforms.
  2. Your friends must use the link you send them to install the app and sign-up to receive their €10 EUR credit, which will be automatically applied to their cart during checkout.
  3. When a friend places their first order using their referral credit, you will receive per invite one credit of €10 EUR that will be automatically applied to your cart when you order.
  4. Only one credit can be redeemed per order.
  5. The voucher cannot be combined with cash payments.
  6. Credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or vouchers.
  7. The voucher cannot be combined with cash payment.
  8. Credits will expire 31 days after they are issued to you.
  9. You will receive credits for up to 10 people you invite and who successfully make their first order.
  10. You can view all credits you've accumulated in "My vouchers".
  11. foodora reserves the right to update or stop these terms and conditions with effect for the future at any time. The existing non-redeemed vouchers will continue to be valid. Otherwise, the general terms and conditions of business and platform use (AGB) of foodora apply.
